Dropshipping Returns (only US customers)

  1. If your customer wants to make a return, they can do so within 14 days after they receive their packages. We must receive the request within that time frame.
  2. Customer can return for an exchange or a refund. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
  3. Please request from your customer details for wanting to return an item.
  4. Items that cannot be return: hygiene utensils, cosmetics, face masks, face shield, bodysuits, lingerie
  5. Customers are responsible to have a clear return/exchange policy that will reflect Jouvani Dropshipping policy
  6. Items must be return in their original packaging, unworn. Any signs of usage (perfume smell, makeup, deodorant, visible stains…) will not be accepted.
  7. We will only provide a refund if item is shipped back to Jouvani. If items are shipped back to the store owner, Jouvani will not provide a refund.
  8. Within our APP you can access our return form, we might request additional information. Once approve we will email you a a return authorization number. The seller and/or customer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to our warehouse. You can provide a return label to your customer or we can assist you to obtain one. 
  9. Once we receive an approve the return the cost item will be refund to you, and you are responsible to refund your customer. Do not refund the customer until we receive the package. If we do not receive the item, the refund will not process.
  10. Keep in mind if your customer sends back an item that was not sold by Jouvani for that specific order, the store owner is responsible to pay the cost for us to ship back to them (Store owners selling with different vendors).
  11. A new order must be place if the customer wants to exchange for another size or color.


  1. Jouvani will not hold items for customers who wish to exchange instead of receiving a refund
  2. Customers who wish to return an item for a different size must return the item, after they receive their refund or store credit by the store owner, they can repurchase the desired item/size if available then.
