Wholesale Shipping Info
Your shipping fee during Checkout is an *estimated quoted* price. If more charges are required, then the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges.
Once we receive your order, it takes about 1-3 business days to ship your order (does not include weekends and US holidays).
The processing time is in addition to your approximate shipping date.
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary delivery service for domestic shipments and UPS or USPS for international shipments.
A shipment notification email will be sent within 24-48 hours to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package. We do not ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs
Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
A shipment notification email will be sent within 24-48 hours to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package to follow the progress of your shipment.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Customer is responsible for the cost of item shipping back to us. No exception
Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees to retrieve your package. If you do not, the package will be returned to us.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
If your order is lost or stolen a UPS or USPS claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed by UPS or USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a Full Refund will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They do not include processing time and other factors such as weekends and holidays.
We ship on Business days Monday-Friday excluding weekends and USA holidays.
